H. Kelly Yin, OD, certified by the Illinois Board of Optometric Examiners, specializes in pediatric optometry, binocular vision/strabismus, and eye muscle training (vision therapy) for children.
Dr. Yin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. Dr. Yin completed her residency in pediatric optometry at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Afterward, she served as a full-time faculty member in the Pediatrics/Binocular Vision Service at the Illinois College of Optometry/Illinois Eye Institute and was involved in research on various pediatric eye conditions, including studies by the Pediatric Eye Disease Investigator Group.
Dr. Yin is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. She is a member of the Illinois Optometric Society and the American Optometric Association.
